It is that time of year when the FHPS district opens up nominations for its highest award—the Ben Emdin Guiding Principles in Action Award. The Ben Emdin Guiding Principles in Action Award recognizes an individual who has made a long-term commitment to Forest Hills Public Schools, started a project of long-term benefit, and consistently exemplifies the district’s guiding principles of respect, caring, collaboration, diversity, learning, trust, open communication, and high expectations. Anyone can nominate someone who has significantly contributed to the greater FHPS community. Click here for the online Ben Emdin nomination form. Nominations are due by Friday, April 26, 2024. The recipient(s) will be honored at the June FHPS Board of Education meeting.
