Northern Jazz band participated in the Central Michigan Jazz Festival last week. The featured guest artist was Wayne Bergeron. Students were able to meet and chat with him after the concert. The Northern Jazz Combo won 2nd place for outstanding combo, and the pianist, Kyu Lee, won 2nd place for outstanding soloist (class A) as well.
